Please call Cindy at 970-353-1385 to start the process.  You will be asked a few basic questions to see if you meet basic requirements.  If so, a full application will be done by phone.  If your application is approved we will either require a home visit or pictures of your yard, fence, and home.

The dog will be spayed or neutered,  up to date on appropriate vaccinations, heartworm tested, micro-chipped, and de-worming if needed.

Adult Dogs (1 to 7 yrs. old)  $200
Senior Dogs (8+ yrs. old)  $150
Puppies (up to 1 yr.)  $250

We do yearly follow up calls for the life of the dog. 
If for any reason during the life of the dog, you can no longer care for it, you must return the dog to Homeward Bound Rescue.
